These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Flowyday. By creating an account, joining a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and workspaces

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • Workspace admins control who can join a workspace, create boards and connect third-party integrations.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Your content

  • You keep ownership of the boards, tasks, notes, documents, whiteboards and messages you create.
  • You grant Flowyday the limited right to host, store, process and display that content in order to run the service for you and your team.
  • You confirm you have the rights to any file, image or document you upload.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Flowyday for unlawful, abusive, infringing or harmful activity.
  • Do not attempt to break authentication, access other workspaces, or interfere with the service infrastructure.
  • Do not upload malware or content that violates the rights of others.
  • We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules.

Plans and payments

  • Paid plans, if applicable to your workspace, are billed in advance for the selected period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with prior notice before your next billing period.

Third-party services

  • Flowyday can integrate with third-party services such as Canva and our email delivery provider.
  • Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
  • We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.

Availability and liability

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowyday is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits.

Termination and changes

  • You can stop using Flowyday and request account deletion at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if required by law.
  • We may update these terms as the service evolves; significant changes will be announced in the app or by email.
