Cookie Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar browser storage technologies Flowyday uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.

What cookies are

  • Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a website.
  • We also use local storage and session storage, which work similarly but keep data in your browser instead of sending it with every request.

Essential cookies

  • Authentication cookies keep you signed in to your workspace and protect your session.
  • Security cookies help us detect abuse and prevent unauthorized access.
  • These cookies are required for Flowyday to work and cannot be turned off in the app.

Preference storage

  • Language preference (English or Turkish) so the interface loads in your chosen language.
  • Interface settings such as board column widths, column order and collapsed panels.
  • Temporary values used during third-party connection flows, such as the Canva authorization step.

Analytics and advertising

  • We do not use third-party advertising cookies and we do not sell your data to advertisers.
  • Any usage measurement we perform is limited to keeping the service reliable and improving features.

How long they last

  • Session cookies are removed when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies and local storage entries remain until they expire or you clear your browser data.

Controlling cookies

  • You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings at any time.
  • Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent Flowyday from working correctly.
  • Clearing local storage resets preferences such as language and column layout.
